The median sales price for one bedrooms in Tribeca is $1,877,500, and this apartment, 275 Greenwich St., #3FS, is offered well below that at $1,195,000. The current figure reflects a price cut of $100,000 taken three months ago. However, past sales for similar-sized apartments in the building have most recently closed at between $937,500 and $975,000, according to StreetEasy data, so there may still be more room for negotiation. 

There are 129 apartments in the 11-story building, and amenities include a full-time doorman, a live-in super, a shared garden, and roof deck. The monthly common charges are $795 and taxes amount to $892 per month. A washer/dryer is installed in the apartment so you won't have to use the shared laundry facilities on site.

The living room is staged with a couch and dining table. It also has a built-in desk by the window with a breakfast bar opposite so there's a lot going on, which can could make furniture placement tricky if you want to do a different set up. The track lighting is a little intrusive but might not be a deal breaker for most people.
